Our guest for this month’s insta-live lunch is Red Seal Chef Carly Minish! Carly is also the creator extraordinaire of an amazing line of gourmet mustard’s called Smak Dab.
Pretty much everyone in Winnipeg by now seems to know about these mustard’s but maybe you still don’t know all the ways you can use them! My personal favorite is the Maple Mustard! I love this mustard as a dip for pretzels but have also used the others (there are currently 7 different types) for drizzling over and roasting veggies or mixing up as a salad dressing! So many other ideas I’m sure Carly will be able to share with us tomorrow on our Insta-Live Lunch prep!
