Wildflower Project Pop-Up: Intuitive Vision Board Workshop
Jul 21 @ 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm

In this guided workshop, you will learn how to create an intuitive led vision board that will allow your hearts desire to be seen & heard.

What would your ideal life look and feel like?  Are you lost in “where to go from here” syndrome?  Or maybe you’ve got a clear plan but just need to lay out the roadmap!

Special guest, Karen Litinsky is a Metaphysical Psychologist who has created the Egoless System and will be starting us off with some tools to quiet the ego mind and allow the other areas within us to be heard.

Let’s join together with the intention of discovering our intended lives, by turning down the volume of our ego’s and tuning in to our all knowing selves!

***All supplies are included***

Generation Green’s Wildflower Project’s host’s are leading this workshop in the gorgeous new Cloakroom Wellness event space!  This space has the most lovely energy flowing through it and will be perfect for finding inspiration and direction.

We all have our struggles. Our internal battles and our questioning.
By stilling our minds we allow our inner-self to have a voice. We just need to listen.
Through asana, or yoga poses, we create a stillness in both our body and mind. We create a moment where we can surrender to our body’s wisdom. We use the shape to get into our body and to start listening.

This yoga workshop will focus on creating a strong and stable foundation, rooting into the earth while finding length throughout the body. By concentrating on our foundation we are able to build a stronger base that allows us to better handle the challenges that life brings us.

Tiffany (RYT 200) first began practicing yoga in 2010 and since then it has become an essential part of her life. Coming into yoga through her journey with anxiety, she has felt yoga’s ability to heal.  She believes that everyone has the ability to practice yoga and that the world would be a better place if everyone felt its experience.

Block Therapy
Sep 9 @ 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Generation Green’s Wildflower Project is about connecting, having conversations & building community!

We are so excited to welcome back, the amazing Block Therapy instructor, Heather Whitla who will be leading this weekly class on Monday’s from 5:00-6:30 PM.

All of our classes are held at the beautiful Cloakroom Wellness in the Exchange District.

Block Therapy is a combination of meditation, exercise and therapy! By creating space with deep, diaphamatic breathing and then adding the pressure of the cedar block, facia is disturbed, scar tissue broken up, cells & organs are fed the oxygen they require, deep tissue therapy happens and the body detoxifies. All the while you are in a meditative space so focused on the breath.

So many benefits have been known to result from this therapy, including: relief from migraines, digestive and respiratory disorders, back pain, hip, shoulder and neck pain, plantar fasciitis, chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety just to name a few. The benefits of block therapy are noticed after the very first class!

All of the exercises are done on the floor mat with guided instruction.

Classes are $20 and blocks are available for rent at $5 or you can purchase from Heather at the class.

Please bring a Yoga Mat and water bottle. Washrooms are available to change.
