Learn about the components of ritual and how you can integrate ritual into your everyday life, so that you can come into deeper relationship with yourself, with nature, and with the mysteries of the Universe.

Learn how to tap into your intuitive flow of inspiration and create your own nature ritual, setting the foundation for developing your own unique practice for connection and pathway to spiritual growth

Learn about mandalas and how you can use them in your life to cultivate greater inner peace, mindfulness, and gratitude

Create your own nature mandala to cultivate your own sacred relationship with nature, to act as a guiding force in your life

Participate in a group nature mandala ritual for cultivating the connection that exists between us as human beings, bringing the medicine of heart connection and unity into your life

We all have our struggles. Our internal battles and our questioning.
By stilling our minds we allow our inner-self to have a voice. We just need to listen.
Through asana, or yoga poses, we create a stillness in both our body and mind. We create a moment where we can surrender to our body’s wisdom. We use the shape to get into our body and to start listening.

This yoga workshop will focus on creating a strong and stable foundation, rooting into the earth while finding length throughout the body. By concentrating on our foundation we are able to build a stronger base that allows us to better handle the challenges that life brings us.

Tiffany (RYT 200) first began practicing yoga in 2010 and since then it has become an essential part of her life. Coming into yoga through her journey with anxiety, she has felt yoga’s ability to heal.  She believes that everyone has the ability to practice yoga and that the world would be a better place if everyone felt its experience.
