We all have our struggles. Our internal battles and our questioning.
By stilling our minds we allow our inner-self to have a voice. We just need to listen.
Through asana, or yoga poses, we create a stillness in both our body and mind. We create a moment where we can surrender to our body’s wisdom. We use the shape to get into our body and to start listening.

This yoga workshop will focus on creating a strong and stable foundation, rooting into the earth while finding length throughout the body. By concentrating on our foundation we are able to build a stronger base that allows us to better handle the challenges that life brings us.

Tiffany (RYT 200) first began practicing yoga in 2010 and since then it has become an essential part of her life. Coming into yoga through her journey with anxiety, she has felt yoga’s ability to heal.  She believes that everyone has the ability to practice yoga and that the world would be a better place if everyone felt its experience.
