Mother’s Day Makeover’s

What a lovely time we had hosting our Mother/Daughter makeover contest on Friday, May 9th.

The contest winners were treated to mini manicure’s with Pure Anada’s gorgeous new summer polishes, as well as a complete makeup application from talented makeup artist Kristen von Riesen. Kristen is amazing at creating a fresh, natural look that enhances your features using of course, natural mineral makeup from Pure Anada!

I must also mention incase some of you didn’t know, (I’m personally super proud of this!) Pure Anada cosmetics are made in Morden Manitoba!  The makeup is created using organic botanicals, and food-grade minerals that won’t irritate your skin like some conventional products, but most importantly, I love the fact that I don’t have to compromise my health because I want to wear makeup! You can read more about Pure Anada’s story here on their website, as well as check out the array of colour choices and options.  All Pure Anada products are proudly offered at Generation Green.

Now, back to our winners! Here are some of the photo’s I have compiled into a collage of the ladies.  I also say that it was lovely to meet them and witness the special bond they share.

Special thanks to my niece Stefanie for doing the manicure’s, Kristen of course for the makeup applications, Candace Grenier the creator of Pure Anada for the amazing contribution to our gift bags, as well as our other gift bag contributors; The Forks Market, Inn at The Forks & Ever Bamboo.
